RECENT PROJECT EXAMPLES

Downtown Condo

This modern condominium craved architectural interest from its outdated builder-basic roots. Through the application of a light color palette, layered textures, an extra deep peninsula countertop with a 3” mitered waterfall edge, and panel accents in the primary bedroom, we achieved an elevated, sophisticated transformation of this lovely open-concept apartment.

Boho Cottage One

This investor project, located in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood was missing its full potential. It had good bones, but its 80s-era updates were growing tired. We opened up the small rooms to create an open floor plan, strategically created a vestibule entrance into the bedrooms, and updated all of the fixtures & finishes. The home sold immediately, at an incredible premium.

Boho Cottage Two

After so much interest in the first cottage, our investor client was so thrilled, that he decided to replicate the popular Boho-chic vibe of Cottage One. This floor plan was slightly larger than the first and presented different design challenges. But with planning and imagination, we were able to modify the home’s small frame to once again live much larger for another quick sale.

Fun & Funky Historic District

Located in a vibrant downtown-adjacent neighborhood, we designed this duplex to suit its fun neighborhood surroundings. Knowing that a home in this great of a location would always invite guests, we designed the floor plans around flexibility and entertainment. This was actually so true that one owner bought both from us for the use of her own & to rent short time to guests.

Urban Townhome Development

We designed and built this small urban infill development of four detached townhomes with our future clients’ lock-and-leave lifestyles at top of mind. The homes were designed with premium natural light, easy to maintain finishes, small/private yards for pets, and all the features that busy working professionals would want in such an amenity rich, accessible location.

Suburban Modern Farmhouse

The modern farmhouse design of this larger plan was designed with a transitional aesthetic in mind that would pull both classic and modern elements from the homes that surround it. Situated on a large lot, a logical combined indoor/outdoor space would allow the owner to take advantage of significant natural light indoors and great entertainment space for all seasons.
